Default who's the fastest using chinese turbos?

I was just curious how my 1969 Chevelle with 6.0 and Twin ON3 70's stacked up. I have gone 5.99. Has anyone gone or knows if anyone has gone faster using the chinese turbos?

1/8th Mile.

Backpressure? Running those 70's on my 4.8 maybe I can get a little more out of those 65mm turbines

I would think 70's would be too big on a 4.8.

Well 65mm turbine is pretty small. I wanted the 67's but all I saw was ball bearing and I was not gonna pay 700 for on3 turbos

I chose the chinese stuff because of u. Lol. I figured I would never be the fastest because I am too poor and car weighs too much. I was hoping to claim the title of fastest something....lol

I hit just shy of 117mph. I lose it all on the shift. My convertor drops 2 grand on the shift. I hope to pick up a couple tenths when I send it back in.

There are several limiting factors that are a part of this, not that they just will not do more and or make more power.

Back pressure
Seat pressures
Convertor
ETC.....

Convertors are sometimes a tricky area esp if there built and then Engine rpm spec changes and or gear swaps happens or Taller or shorter tire is added, this all plays a role.

A 17 blade to a 15 blade will yield around 200 rpm per blade drop, shifting the car in your case 6400-6600 will yield around 1000-1200 drop.

This in turn will may be a cause of more boost needed and or slight timing if safe due to the tighter lock up.
