We'll when we started all the fab the plan for the car was ultra but also like to drive the car on the street so didnt want to have to figure something out for that. All the welds were done by a buddy I just tacked it all. Thanks

The bracket was pretty simple once i figured it out. The top bolt I just drilled and tapped the hole in the motor plate and the bottom bracket has a slot in it so it can pivot and i just used a 1/4" plate of aluminum and then just spaced the alternator out till it was flush with the crank pulley. But if you have v-bands on your truck manifolds the aei kit will work my friends has it on his car.
Thanks. If I end up running a class it will be the local ultra street but I will probly just grudge race it this year while I work out the bugs

No the aei brackets bolt to two bolt holes just below the number two cylinder at the top of the block and the lower bolts to the oil pan/timing cover I think but If I were you, I would just notch the lower passenger side of your motor plate and mount your alternator to it and just space it out how ever much you need
