no it is not, and the airdam is no longer in place.

What are your A/F ratios at idle/part throttle? Nothing will make a car heat up faster than being lean.

Air-dam doesn't make a difference if it's overheating at idle.

Does it cool well at speed? If it does, the radiator is probably fine and you need better fan(s). My radiator is tiny (17x17x3.5) and cools my turbo 5.3 on 100* days no problem with a ford Taurus fan on the high setting. Usually leave it on low. Has large front mount IC in front of Rad as well.

This is before I glassed the ends and mounted it but you can see it doesn't take a massive radiator if you have a good fan/shroud setup. I believe these flow 3600CFM on high and can be picked up for around $50 used. Use 2 30a+ relays for the high setting.

3.8 Taurus fan is the **** if you can fit it...I just installed one on my turbo s10 after having overheating issues and it stays cool now...it probably won't fit on your car though from the looks of it.

If it stays cool cruising at 60mph, you need more fan. You can also run straight water and either Redline Water Wetter or Amsoil Coolant Boost. I use the Amsoil and it dropped my temps 10-12F.

My intercooler was too close to my radiator and it overheated even while going 60+. My pullers weren't totally sealed to my radiator which didn't help it but I switched to pushers and it works fine

Are you running the factory ps cooler, if so ditch it. What works for be were the dual shrouded pullers from an 01 saab 93 turbo. Search my name I made s thread a few months back.

The air out of the system?? What's your t stat? Looks like you have room for stock f body fans those pull 4000cfm work awesome I have stock radiator and fans and it never gets above 180 at idle on 90 degree days

My intercooler sits in front of my radiator but I put it in at an angle so it would suck air over the top and still catch the front of the radiator. I rarely see 180 degrees.

What fans are they? I see an a/c condenser as well. Is there anything clogging it up from flowing air past? I have the derale pushers and don't get over 205*. Your fans shouldn't come on while your going down the highway either. The natural air flow should be enough to cool it. That's where the air dam comes into play. Do you have the crash bar removed in the front? If you have these done already and a good set of fans, I'd lean towards air in the system or a bad waterpump/thermostat.

As mentioned previously, the Taurus fan is awesome. I had it on my single setup and it wouldn't go over 190 in the southern heat. However it's massive and takes a huge relay.

What other suggestions do you want? Assuming your water pump is working and you have the system burped properly... you need a better fan. Thats all there is to it.

After you do that, if you still have issues at cruise you'll need to work on ducting or a larger core.

I forget what fans I have, but they are flexlight (sp?) pullers...

when I check my coolant level, it is topped off, if there was air in the system, after a few heat cycles, wouldnt it work its self out?

I have a 180 degree tstat, i just got a new 160 in, i am going to install that

the condensor is new, and does not get warm as it is not hooked up.

On a cool night, going 60mph in 6th gear, it stays at 200... ****, maybe my tstat IS not working?

These cars are a bitch sometimes to get all of the air out of the system if you just search how to remove air you will see what others do to fix that problem. T stat could not be opening because of the air also. Id try that first. One way is remove the upper hose going into the water pump fill that up till with radiator cap off then connect it back on. Start it up squeeze both hoses at least 20 times while its warming up you should see some air bubbles come out of the radiator and after just throw The cap back on. See if that works

So if your happy with 200* at cruise (fine IMO). Then you just need better fans. If not you can work on ducting or get a larger core radiator. Those are your only options.

You need a "spill free" funnel to burp it properly. Jack the nose up a little and do this.

If the heater is hooked up make sure you heater is running on high.
