Here are a couple pictures of the 8.6" pulley after the 1st stage of machining.
Next stage is drilling the holes then off for anodizing.

I'll get the weight difference for you once the pulley has been completely machined

CBR Performance Products is making them and in the near future Bob @ Brute Speed will most likely be the distributor for them.

I will let everyone know.

Those that have already inquired will be contacted first when these pulleys are ready to go.

Now the fun begins with figuring out belt sizes. I don't mind experimenting with a bunch to figure out the 8.6" crank / 3.4" blower combo as long as I can return the belts that don't fit.

This pulley can work with the SDCE and Procharger F-Body brackets as well as the Aster.
The LS1 waterpump may or may not have to be changed to the LS2 pump that Bob sells for belt clearance.

Chris finished up the machine work today.
Fixtures and cnc programs are complete.
The 1st bunch of pulleys are headed out for anodizing. Should be ready to go by mid January as expected.

Those of you that have already PM'd me will be contacted 1st when they are ready to go.

Good morning gentlemen, as of this morning I'm a LS1Tech Sponsor!
I have been working with Firehawk441 on this 8.65 8 Rib pulley.
The first batch is being anodized. After anodizing they are going to laser etching.
I will keep you guys posted on the progress on the parts.
We have material in the shop for the next run of parts.
The pulleys will retail for $249.00 each plus shipping.
