Here is the list of guys in the order that I received them.
I have 4 pulleys that will go out in this order.
When the other run is complete I will send out the other 3 orders.
After that I will list them on my site and you can buy them from there.
Thanks guys for your business.
If the guys in this list would PM me I will give you details on how you can pay for the pulley and where I can ship them.

So now that the pullies are ready, does anyone want to take a stab at the math to figure out belt sizes? Maybe if we can correlate between the current belt sizes for using the 7.65", we can figure it out so people don't have to do a trial and error, especially when they run for $50 each and takes a few days to get them in at a local napa.
Here's what we currently have:
http://shop.brutespeed.com/Aster-Aut...er-Bracket.htm
HU Pulley Idler Position
Diameter...... Close....... Center .....Far
3.25............................50.5?...... 51?
3.4...............50.5............ -......... -
3.55 51.0 - 51.5
3.7 51.5? - 52.5?
3.85 - - 52.5
3.9 - - 52.5 4 - 52.5 53?
4.13 - - 53?
4.25 - 53? 53.5?
4.38 - 53.5? 53.5?
4.5 - 53.5? 54?
4.63 - 54? 54?
4.75 - 54? 54.5?
5 - - 55? 5.25 - - 55.5?

Anyone want to take a crack at sizes? I've got a lift and if poeple want to stop over and play with pully sizes and belt sizes, I'm game. I'm in Doylestown, PA, zip 18902.
Let me know.

The belt is going to be trial and error.
What you can do is do the trail and error with a 6 rib belt as they are more common at local auto parts stores. Once you know the length order the 8 rib in that length.

The pulley CBR makes bolts too the factory crank pulley? or does the ati ballencer unbolt and the 8.65 pulley replaces the 7.65 portion of the balancer? sorry if this is a dumb question..
Also Alchemist according to ur post Bob has a 3.25 blower pulley but it is not listed on his site..Does he still carry this cause I am seriously interested in both items..trying to avoid stepping up to a f1 blower. these two items I think will do the trick.. thanks in advance.

I don't know if Bob sells a 3.25" pulley, I just copied it from his site. Honestly, I think the 8.65 pulley and a 3.4" pulley is going to push a D1SC to max rpm quite quickly, by ~5900rpm if my math is correct. So I may swap back to the 4.00 pulley, I don't know. We'll see what my boost curve looks like after I get my leaks fixed. If it still makes more boost by 7000, we'll see about what pulley I run.

To answer your other question, yes, this pulley replaces the ATI pulley that mounts to their hub. So you need to still run the ATI hub/balancer to use this pulley.

You must use ATI balancer part# 918853.
You will install the ATI balancer on your motor and my pulley bolts to the front of it.

Can you post a picture of the back side of the pulley? I'm looking for that important indention to mate up to the material that sticks out of the center of the ATI crank pulley.

If your pulley is flat on the back and the bolts are all that are holding it center then the holes will eventually woller out and that thing will get off center. It happened to me twice with two SDCE crank pulleys and the wrong (but so very close) ATI damper.

Once I got the right crank and blower pulley I haven't had a problem, because that little ridge takes most of the force from the belt. I wish the ridge was a bit bigger, it's only like 0.100", but it seems to do the job. My previous damper only had a 0.040" ridge.

Don't get me wrong, I want one of these bad! Hope you can understand my caution after all the belt problems I've had.

I shipped the only 4 I had today. The recess is machined in the back.
This centers the pulley with the balancer and takes the side loading.

There is another batch being made, just as soon as I can I'll post that pic.

Or if one of the guys that bought one of the first ones would post a pic of the back side you can see it a little sooner.

Chris the sdce setup uses a 7.250 crank pulley . Thats where my concern lies . Hopefully someone can test one .

To use this size crank pulley the LS2 water pump would be a must... If it would even make the clearance needed for the slope of the belt up to the spring tensioner. That's why we have the smaller 7.25" instead of the stocker - 7.65".

The second thing I can see is this pulley doesn't have the lip on the engine side of the pulley. So we either have a different ATI crank pulley??? The stand off nuts might be different as well ???

Hopefully some one will be the guinea pig for us SDCE guys, because I would be interested in this if it were just a water pump and pulley change. Having to spend the $$$ for a new ATI would get pricy.
