Ok so I'm finishing up the battery wiring but have some questions.
I plan on using a 250amp fuse right off the battery to the switch. But now I'm wondering if I should out a fuse in the 4gauge wire from the alt to battery?

Anyone run constant power from the ECM and/or radio straight to the battery?
Figured it would help keep fuel trims in line when cutting off the power and keep me from resetting my radio stations.

Another small update.
All wrapped up and installed. I have to order a trans cooler and wait to get my fan/radiator set up back to make the last wire to power the fuse box and I'm ready to double check everything, pour some fluids in and make some noise!

Got my radiator back. Looks like everything fits. I'll have to figure out something different for the lower hose because the one I was using keeps collapsing when installed.

Ordered a tru cool 40k cooler. Hope to have it mounted up tomorrow. Gathering all the lines/fittings now for the Trans cooler and fuel system. Hope to have all that coming soon.

Trans cooler installed. Used the old washer bottle mounts and it fits perfectly right behind the intercooler and still have room for the future ac condenser (if I ever get around to that lol).

Made new Transmission lines leaving extra length for the future 4l80e. Really happy with the ptfe line I used.

Started the car for the first time in 6 months (without the turbo) to make sure everything was ok with the battery relocation and clear out the exhaust of any small crap I couldn't clean out. Felt good to hear it run again! Now I just gotta get the turbo oil lines. Some of the fuel system is already on its way.

Now for the questions! (Really appreciate all your opinions)

1. Is there such a thing as to long of a oil feed/return line?
Trying to keep it outta the way but that puts my feed line right at 5' and drain about 3' (pretty straight drop for the first 1' then starts to level closer to the pan.

2. Best way to wire the dual contour fans? Just replace plugs and use factory wiring or use a dual relay harness and use factory wires to trigger?

3. Was looking at fragola ptfe -8 6000 hose for the fuel system. It has anti static liner so that's my reasoning. But a -8 is listed at .405 ID. is that to small? Seems a little on the small side for -8 and I've already bought some -8 adaptors to use. If I have to I'll return them all for -10. End goal if I have to put a number is 800whp. (Want to only buy a fuel system once).

Some of the fuel system and new over flow.

Trans cooler tucked in there.

Still need to clean up and paint the core support

Getting there. Have to wrap the down pipe and the waste gate dump still. Order/make my turbo oil lines and get a top post battery. Then I'll spend some time cleaning it up before the fuel system install starts!

Oil lines ordered.
Thanks to race part solutions for having the correct ptfe fuel line and all fittings in stock!

Forgot to weld a barb in the radiator for the steam vent... Had to put it in the overflow for now.

Fuel system is here minus a y block and the pumps/injectors. Pumps will be ordered Friday and injectors will wait till the car is 99% for a tune....those ID1000 are gonna hurt the pocket lol

Figure out the oil line routing. Just have to get some fittings for the wastegate blow off valve.
A pic cuz I'm bored. Trying to upload a short idle video.

Uploading a short vid too. Think I'm finally ready to rip the old fuel system out.

Decided to pull the intake to make working on the fuel system a little easier. Figured I might as well put on the ls6 intake that's been sitting in my basement for a year.

Started putting the fuel system together. That was short lived. Bought a set of ebay rails (I know) they don't mount up straight worth a crap. Not confident about them keeping the injectors sealed. So back to waiting to get another set.

Beautiful car, been following the build. Mine will start as soon as lake season is over, can't keep the boat out in the weather. Fuel system is the only thing that has me spooked, never dealt with any of it before..

Ebay fuel rails didn't fit very well. They sit against the manifold bolts and don't seat completely. I don't trust them so ordered up some Holley rails hate to have issues with the cheap ones leaking.

Had to order some more fittings to mount my y block straight to the new rails. Dropping the ECM off for a base tune and ordering my id1000 when I pick it up.

Nice work man! Interested to see how it runs with your preliminary setup with such low boost.

Managed to delete a lot of pics mocking up my fuel lines. Managed to follow the factory routing pretty close using adel clamps on top of the factory plastic retainers.
I'll get more later today. Waiting on a fitting from race part solutions and a Mighty Mouse catch can!

Using the factory feed as a return. Regulator mounted on the driver rail.

Decided to do the y block this way. I'm sure it's not optimal with the 90* but RPS said it shouldn't be an issue.
