Default Will this cam have any chop to it?

It will be in a 5.3 s480 build. I'm curious how it would sound. Im going from a 278/278@50 630/630 in a sbc to 223/242 /610"/.592" 119+5 in a LM7
I don't want a stock sounding car but don't wanna give up power for sound either. Thanks

not much. it has negative overlap. I was told yo u can have your tuner play with the idle timing and target idel to make the cam lope some if thats what you want.

Well this sounds like this cam is not for me. I will probably just let tooly spec a cam for it and roll with it. He has this in his garage sale stuff for 250.00 and thought it might save me a few bucks. Thanks

dont base a cam on how it sounds though. Martin small wood specd mine and it wont have much lope either.. i came from a 238/240 .608/.609 112LSA to a 229/235 .627/.610 114+6LSA

twin turbo setup

For some reason im having a hard time picking who i want to spec my cam. So far martin has been most informative. I have only talked with tooly thru pm and asked him about this cam i posted. He didn't say it would work perfect but he did say he wouldn't be afraid to try it.

All i know is i wanna buy the right cam the 1st time and i haven't been 100% comfortable with any one person.
I've asked this already but why do people not take head flow numbers into consideration when choosing a cam on a turbo motor? I just went and spent 450.00 for a nice port job and it seems to me that would play a little in the roll in choosing a cam.

I guess another reason i haven't ordered one is that i'm still up in the air about which intake i wanna run. Im trying to stay somewhat budget and was gonna use the factory truck intake. One problem, It's ugly! I like the look of the holley pro flo intake and want that really bad. So im tossing that around now.
