Will this cam have any chop to it?
It will be in a 5.3 s480 build. I'm curious how it would sound. Im going from a 278/278@50 630/630 in a sbc to 223/242 /610"/.592" 119+5 in a LM7
I don't want a stock sounding car but don't wanna give up power for sound either. Thanks

Well this sounds like this cam is not for me. I will probably just let tooly spec a cam for it and roll with it. He has this in his garage sale stuff for 250.00 and thought it might save me a few bucks. Thanks

For some reason im having a hard time picking who i want to spec my cam. So far martin has been most informative. I have only talked with tooly thru pm and asked him about this cam i posted. He didn't say it would work perfect but he did say he wouldn't be afraid to try it.
All i know is i wanna buy the right cam the 1st time and i haven't been 100% comfortable with any one person.
I've asked this already but why do people not take head flow numbers into consideration when choosing a cam on a turbo motor? I just went and spent 450.00 for a nice port job and it seems to me that would play a little in the roll in choosing a cam.
I guess another reason i haven't ordered one is that i'm still up in the air about which intake i wanna run. Im trying to stay somewhat budget and was gonna use the factory truck intake. One problem, It's ugly! I like the look of the holley pro flo intake and want that really bad. So im tossing that around now.
