Just to follow up on this... figured out one of the issues up top. It was leaking boost above 14psi pretty bad through the proflo bypass valve, as well as the iat sensor.

Once the weather warms up a bit, I'll be able to go out and do some data logging and see if it picks up some kpa above 5000rpm. I only got one quick run in after swapping to a TiAL, and at 5000rpm, I was seeing 1.4psi more boost, so I'm sure above that it'll continue to rise. Spring can't come quick enough.

Have you had an opportunity to drive the car in its new form? If so, how does it feel?

I drove it a couple weeks ago and it was great. It was during the middle of the day in congested traffic, so I wasn't able to do any high rpm blasts.

It's holding up fine... Drives great, runs well.... just swapped rears to a factory set of 3.42s from the 3.73s I had. Second is now more usable than before.

Are you going to stick it back on the rollers and see what it does since fixing the boost leaks ?

Eventually I will redyno just to see where I'm at. May is a crazy month for us, so it might be June till it happens.

I might have missed it but i didn't see anything about a cutout.
Your exhaust is DEFINITELY hurting you if you're not running one.

As an experiment, my single turbo car dynod 480 through a
stock fbody catback and then 630 with open 4' cutout off down pipe

My buddies aps twin turbo car made 515 through a aerochamber catback and 620 with the 3' cutout open before the axle.

I know theyre turbos but hope this info helps in some way

Yeah, I know my exhaust is restricting me a little bit. If I went with 1 7/8" long tubes, and 3" duals, I'd probably gain a solid 25-30rwhp/tq, but for that much money, I could upgrade to an F1A and make a solid 100-150 more.

Quick Reply: Finally dyno'd the car.
