Default Front mount intercooler facia mods

I am getting ready to modify my front facia for the front mount intercooler. At high speeds, has any one experienced buffeting or distortion of front facia after cutting away bottom center material where 3 clips held facia to bumper reinforcement, and removing bumper reinforcement and Styrofoam crush material?
I hate to find out after the fact this is an issue.
At or near 1000FW hp, this car is geared for 200mph+. Would really like if someone chimed in and relayed their experiences good or bad.

I just recently cut mine out in that area, but I plan to fabricate new mounting brackets to stabilize that bottom edge.
