Lighting was good this afternoon. Couple more pics. They still do not even do justice.

.... speachless...

The engineering, craftsmanship, vision, attention to detail, humility...

Nothing I can type on this keyboard will add anything to this build. Thank you for elevating the C5 platform to this level. I've got a couple friends to email a link to this thread. If you ever want to leave California we have room for you here in Alabama. I would love to meet you in person one day.

Just a little discussion about your LS1 engine. There are several folks with boosted C5s making 600 to 700 hp with stock shortblocks. You will be fine at 800 with the forged rotating assembly. Stock heads can sometimes push some coolant above that level but with your water-to-air intercooler you should be able to keep intake air temps low and stay away from detonation. Might want to consider methanol injection if you plan to push the boost and especially if you intend to run on 93 octane (or whatever crap pumpgas you can get in CA). Now the '97 and '98 ECM is not my favorite to tune for boost. Sure you can make it work but you might want to look into rewiring and upgrading to a '99 to '04 ECM.

Hope your back continues to hold out. Keep up the outstanding work and if you ever are interested in hiring an apprentice...

Now all you need are some purple ID2000 injectors and a MagnaFuel regulator!

Default Fuel Rail Mounts

Made the last pieces for the manifold, the fuel rail mounts. Took a lot more time than I expected. More than a day. Made them from 3/4" thick aluminum. Countersunk the screws. Sanded all smooth and polished. They are very heavy duty and keep all at the correct angle. One more thing is to re-anodize the fuel rails. These are the way they came but my anodizing is a lot better. Ill wait until I have more parts to do.

Silicone, laser cut. What I do for a living last 15 years. Built the machines and wrote all the software.

Made the flanges out of 2" thick aluminum so I could transition the runner to the "ported" head ports. Port match is no less than absolutely perfect every one. They (the runners) are roughly 1 1/2 times larger than the head port opening. Bell mouthed at the top. Its a perfectly smooth transition all the way down, hand sanded with 60 grit cross hatch matching the head ports. I really think it should work very well. I originally bought a Holley hi-ram but returned it due to the awful workmanship and mis-alignment of pretty much everything. Note: I do think Holley is great other than that manifold.
