Default S476/stock 5.3 build

Looking for some advice on this, ive been reading and researching for several months on what I wanna do. Gonna keep this fairly budget friendly if there is such thing, I know no way it will end up staying on a budget.

I have a 04 5.3 im going to rebearing it, arp bolts in the rods, and slap it back together. Going to get a custom cam and have my heads set up by Tick pefromance, spoke to Martin a few times and he seems to have a good rep on here. Im going to run the stock PCM and have it tuned, and use some sort of boost controller, if anyone has some suggestions please let me know what you would use.

Im thinking of building my own crossover pipes instead of sourcing them through someone. Seems that it would be cheaper to do them myself. What size would you all use? ive been leaning towards 2.50", but after some reading maybe I outta go with 2.25" to be able to spool this turbo better with the stock 5.3 motor. I know the cam will help a lot. I may even go with a billet wheel s476 I haven't made up my mind fully yet. Should I use a divided T6 flange or just use the undivided? Id like to get around the 800whp mark if at all possible. What size injectors would be sufficient for C16?

The car will have a glide in it and is a all out drag car. Sorry its so long but I needed the experts to step in.

I'm no expert but I know the s475 i have has me at the 800rwhp range on pump gas so I know the 76 will get you there. Get the divided flange. Mine is open but redoing it next time around to divided twin scroll. Mine is 2.5" crossover. 2.25" would be plenty though at that level. Martin done my cam as well. Good luck man.

Go with a 2.25" Crossover. 2.5" is overkill below 1000whp.

The billet 76 is rated for 1200 HP. You can hit 4 digits at the wheels with it, but you probably won't be getting that high on stock gen 3 internals, so that turbo is a bit overkill when considered the S475 is half the cost and is still capable or breaking stock gen 3 internals.

80 lb injectors will get 1000 HP with a decent amount of fuel pressure. Twin 255s are good pump. This combo of pumps/injectors is cheap and will top out around the same power as a gen 3 bottom end. If you want the same goals but on E85, get a pair of AEM 320s for 50 bucks more (for the pair).
