Looks great. Keep up the good work.

Love the fan/shroud, by the way. Should be legit.

Overflow tank done. Modified $10 shipped tank from ebay. One thing I will say about Chinese aluminum....it welds very dirty.

I thought they were painted. Guess not. Headed to the store to get some black paint I suppose. I'll be installing this baby tonight.

This is a seriously beautiful build man. I think I'm going to use the eBay turbo headers on my next build for a twin kit. Your car just looks so good and symmetrical I can't wait to see the final product.

Well. It fit. Seems like a pretty tight fit where the yoke slides into the transmission. It can go in another approx half inch.

Beautiful, cheap, effective. Price? $109.55 each shipped. Summit price matched Jegs.

Fuel system now finally finished. Hate working with braided -AN lines.

I wouldn't hesitate to use them on an moderate boost street car and for 170 bucks shipped with v bands they are hard to beat. both of these headers fit into my 99 mustang in the down and forward configuration without any modifications.

Amen! I've shied away from the cheap stuff but I've recently bought obx stuff and been very pleased.

fits, good price, looks great, and several folks have been running their headers on ZR-1 c4 stuff for years and they look and hold up great.

I've been hesitant to use the "cheap forward" headers but for 180 bucks they are almost disposable.

if they last a few years, that will be good enough for me at that price!

thanks for taking the plunge and providing the feedback.

FYI

I found a BBC tube "lokar knock off" for 19 on flea bay.

Had the same problem on my TTix with the dip stick as I forgot to put it on before the manifold.

take some heat shrink tube around the ends as sometimes the fitting pulls off and its a royal pain to get the braided line back into the fitting. it's a cheap alum crimp fit and after lots of heat cycles they fall apart.

nice build, I love the PS res. Where did you find that? looks killer

Did I understand you correctly? You waited 3 years because you were unwilling to spend the money on headers?
