Apologies to the OP

where the pics I posted of the completed bike deleted? If so, and anyone wants to check it out I'll post them in a new thread.

D port Primaries Header press tool made, and header plates CNC profiled step cut to fit the new tube profile. Once tig welded on the inside there should be no step at all.....

I was getting Garage fever, been years since I took anything to a Car show. So I took both my projects to a Local car show in Calgary...

Great day met lots of Fellow car People.... Yes that's my ugly mug with his foot on the car...

I've been watching that car for a while. Extremely impressive chassis, engine, drivetrain, suspension, etc.

Extremely unimpressive results. They can't even make a full wide open pull, they pedal it constantly, even on the racetrack.

Yeah and why have they got another radiator mounted at the rear? Surely you want he hit air from the engine bay out as soon as possible rather than being slowed down by another rad!

I think they need a 4wd transmission to get the power down!

Looks way goofy!
Exaggerated cartoon like- o-well-

Is the issue with it too much power delivered low in the rpm ?
Or not tall enough gearing to be useable?

Clive, any reason for the tri y design on the headers rather than a conventional merge?

The brief was a simple design with expansion capable joint or joints and compact, and didn't need equal primaries ( even though they did turn out close anyway ) .

We discussed the options and simplicity of 2 smaller expansion joints rather than 1 larger one and agreed on the system you see bud. Nothing other than packaging was the reason we went tri y

Hopefully the next update won't be in 2 years. Can't wait to see it finished.
