Default Twin Turbo oil feed lines??

Okay gents where are all you twin turbo guys tapping into to get you feed lines?? Down by the oil filter or up by the oil pressure sensor?? Looking to see whats the better option... Thanks in advance.. more pics/updates to come soon on my 69 Camaro ProStreet project..

CBR Performance makes an oil feed block that bolts directly above the filter.

Ya I have seen both setups. Just wondering if one or the other is better.. for the pressure. Thanks man!

Thanks for the picture. I was wondering the same thing. Had seen some single port blocks but not the dual feed.

ebay sells cheap aluminum blocks that you can just tap and drill your self

Is it frowned apon to run a T fitting or Y off of a single tapped outlet in this location? I have one lying around and planned to just drill and tap a second hole in it.

for what its worth my feed lines are much smaller being that the turbos are just a bit small (61mm)

there is about 10 more psi of oil pressure at the pressure sending unit... but more volume at the filter plate as its just coming out of the oil pump. Id run with more volume ovre pressure personally.

How much oil your turbos need will depend on the type of turbo. Some require a lot, some very little.

So you'd need to speak to the supplier about recommended line sizes.

Ball bearing turbos typically require on a small amount of oil. Some journal bearings will require a lot of oil.
