yes I know this is in the wrong section but when I posted it in the correct section no one new the answer.
so im deleting my heater hoses cause I hate the loop look. my question is are you guys drilling a hole next to the thermostat to allow water to by pass from back to front or just leaving it. and also what size hole and how many.

It doesnt say anything in that thread about his question....
OP, there is a good thread on bullet that has this information in it, its a write up on the right and wrong way to do this with the options of looping, or tapping the holes, plugging and using a freeze plug on the inside with a hole in it for bypass and some other very good info.
I'll see if i can dig it up.

no I can handle tapping the threads for plugs. but there is something else people do in the pump. your not supposed to just cap them the water needs to flow threw.aand just didn't know if they where drilling a 1.4 hole next to the groove the thermostat sits on or something to that affect.
