something like this length but thicker/deeper and a lil taller that can flow more fluid?

Thicker isn't really better. If you can fit it the top one would be best.

I would think that any rad supplier should be able to do you something custom. I have heard of people getting Griffon to do them custom stuff also.

That's true. Any custom rad company could do it. Howe, Mishimoto or Griffin.
