Default cam change with head change

Theoretical question. Currently have an 01 5.3. Stock from the heads down. Have a Holley hi ram, hp efi, and some Holley 120s. Thinking about cammin the current motor before I get the car running, but want to know how different the cam would be between that motor(something for me to learn the hp efi on) and the same c.i. only forged with a similar cr with a better set of heads (fast as cast 220s)

It's just a theoretical question to see the difference. Figure twin Borg 66s and a 3400 lb race weight Gbody

bump

i guess what i'm asking is, how far off would a cam be that was specced for the built motor, but ran in the learner? hate to put the learner motor in with the stock cam, and don't want to go through the hassle to swap in a cheap ls6 ish cam if i can put a cam that will spool better, run better and sound better then reuse it later.

thanks
