Default Turbo Camaro (third gen) 408cid

We'll here goes another truck manifold build and I'm needing input. Trying to finish TurboZ
Block: lq9:6.0 CID 408
Cam: comp
Piston: diamond/ total seal rings
Crankshaft: comp star / Rods: comp star
Lifters: gm Ls
Cylinder head: old style patriot
4" air to air
Transmission: turbo 400
The car will be used to street play mostly and very little track time. Looking to make around 1000Hp. I need input on rocker arms** push rods** fuel system** fuel injectors** throttle body** intake** ignition system** engine management ** boost controller** waste gates** turbo size** spark plugs and wires** gear ratio** vac system** fuel type
Can I make 1000 hp with shock ecm
I do have an aftermarket engine wire harness and bbl intake don't know if either of these can be used. I would like any useful, helpful suggestions. I have pic of my setup in my album.
Thanks

Holley EFI. for engine management and boost control. Holley 120's or 160's for injectors on E85. Holley Hi Ram intake and throttle body or a pro flow would work. Pick up a standard S480 cast wheel. You could run a single gate like a 60 mm or twin 38's, something along those lines. Mighty Mouse catch can and somewhere around 3.00/3.50 gears.
You can use the stock ecu/harness you already have but the Holley system isn't much more once you add it all up.
