Cage is completely mocked up and ready to weld. I sent Eric@Midwest these pictures and he replied with "weld it up"!

Are you going to build exhaust manifolds from scratch or use something already available?

Yes fender exits, and Farm is 1/8. Closest 1/4 is Charlotte Z max.

Started welding the cage up. Same places are easy but some places suck and you gotta be limber to get them lol. Of coarse all you guys already know this.

Looking good man. Some people complain about chromoly, but it really welds decent in my opinion. Have fun with it and I am sure you will be happy with the end results. Did you decide not to do swing out door bars?

I have to cut the door bars at the pivot points after their welded in and weld the billet hardware to them. So they get installed last.

Im gonna get Eric to send me a picture of some installed to use as a reference. I pretty much know what to do just like seeing pictures first lol.

See the design they slip into the tubes and you weld around them.

I have the same cage and same swingouts. I did not install the cage just to let you know. Here are some pics if it helps at all.

Only difference in mine and all these others I see, including the one above, is that mine looks the same at the pivot point on the bottom and top.

MUSTANGBRKR02, I have pictures of yours on my phone that Doug sent me.

I think it will be easy but I still like photos for distance reference and so on.
