Your build threads are the best. I am doing a single s475 with a stock 6.0 and am going to use a lot of ideas from ur single build. Helping a friend build his twin precision 67's on 99 trans am with a 370 and we are going to follow this thread for ideas. I love Oklahoma so much more when u hear people talk about inspections. We don't have inspections.

This is the start of my parachute bolt on assembly. Still got a bit to do to it but so far its at this point. I had a custom pack mounting plate made for my side business Rock Solid Motorsports. (Thanks Michael Hennessey).

Its constructed of all 4130 Chromoly, ill be adding gussets and a few custom touches to it.

I wanted it to come out right under the license plate light to where I don't have to cut my plate a lot.

Inspections are a good money maker for my day job but the do make big issues when your trying to have a horsepower monster.

Mount is almost done. Waiting on some custom gussets im having made and then ill paint it and it will be complete.

Some people have commented that its a little high. But I have the understanding that it helps deployment if its in the wind more. Wouldn't be any big deal to drop it down but that's just what I researched when making it. I know it will deploy either way and do the job probably but just saying.

Think I may lower the plate to center it with the deck lid.

Mount is done all but paint. These gussets I was later informed that I do have right and left in my sets but didn't pay attention lol. The next mount I make will have them facing right lol. I also lowered the pack mount 3". I like it a lot better lower.

3.5". Lot of people said I should have done 4" but not like I have any restriction with them being so short.
