Default Ceramic coated hot side

Just got my hot side back from ceramic coating, was getting ready to mock everything up, but is it ok to leave the flanges coated, or do I need to grind them back down to the stainless?

Definitely leave it, if you grind it off that will just give it a place to start peeling/chipping. Mine seals up no problem

Agree. In fact it might help with the seal
