What Fuel is everyone running???
Starting the tuning process of my F1A Procharged LS1 and am trying to decide on which fuel to run.
Its a forged rotating assembly and has a 10:1 compression ratio. Working on 18-20 pounds of boost.
I understand that leaded race fuel will burn up the oxygen sensors, but in my area, unleaded racing fuel is very difficult to find and what I have found is only 100 octane.
Curious to know what you all are running for fuel.
Thanks in advance...

For the price of the Unleaded 100 octane at over $10 per gallon, I am seriously thinking the 93+Meth is the way to go.
Seems that Alky Control has one of the most favored systems out there.
How is this setup working for you guys?

Definitely. Who cares about the mileage. I like it too because you dont have the odor of 93 on a non catted car.

I run a cooling mist methanol setup and love it. About to add a second nozzle and dump my intercooler. I like the e85 because its cheap I can get it at the station just around the corner.

Ok say you're me and you decide on e85 for your turbo car that's almost done. 408, 88mm, etc.
we don't have the ethanol pump here in Jackson MS area anymore so say I'm out and about on drum E85 and I get low, really low, and can't make it home. Can I pull in and put pump in it or no? I know that might sound dumb to some of y'all but I'm currently dealing with these questions. I have a compatible fuel system but I'm about to order injectors, and that will be my defining factor of, which fuel.
What do y'all think?

Back in my paranoid days I did this at the end of every year for winter storage. Filled up with pump gas and dropped my fuel pressure way down to compensate. 15psi got my afr and cruise in the 11-12 AFR range. I drove around town a few miles like this to get it all worked through the injectors and parked it for winter. I don't even bother doing that these days.
