Default Can shaft selection

I just picked up a 05 lq9 6.0 liter engine with 317 heads I want to buy a cam shaft setup for it and wanted to know some feedback on a good cam and spring set up for a soon to be turbo car. I will be driving the car daily and n/a until I finish my swap in my 87 monte ss completely then I am buying a turbo set up. Any feed back on a good set up on a budget build?

Martin for a cam and BTR springs. Both can be bought from Tick. I would make sure that you have a turbo/goals before you go specing the cam though

As F110Mech said having the turbo selected for your project is paramount before having a camshaft specified.

The two have to work together.

Martin due to finding out my fiancé is pregnant I am now not going turbo.. What can would you recommend in my lq9 stock heads and bottom end 317 casting.. It would be all motor possibly a small amount of nitroious later down the road. In a 87 monte with a 4l60e 373 rear gears and a 275/60r16 tire
