i always gap right to 24, lots of people want to **** around and do like 38,32,28 etc

if you are gunna run 20lbs save yourself the hassle, gap right to 22-24 and be done

all of my 20-22lb setups run a TR6 at 23~ gap problem free

.025 gap here. No issues at 20+psi on e85. I run b8efs plugs.

Just wanted to try a colder plug out as my br7efs were breaking up at higher boost. The gap was .028 and after switching and tightening the gap I've had 0 issues.

GOtcha Will.... But do you think if you kept the 7s and tightened up the gap you could possibly have 0 issues?

Probably wouldn't have a problem with 7's gapped to .023-.024. Changing my plugs with stainless works headers is a PITA so I just went a step colder with a .025. Every cars a little different but you'll find a gap and plug that works. Most seem to have great luck with the 7's in that gap range though so it's a good place to start.

BTW, just saw you are running 80lb injectors. You may need to look at bigger injectors if you're pushing 20+ psi on e85. FWIW I'm running 2000cc injectors and my DC on 22psi is around 71-72% IIRC. You could probably get away with 1300cc or 1600cc injectors and still have some overhead.

Y not just bump up the line psi instead of running huge injectors?
Twin pumps at say 70psi with 80s
