Default poly mounts, turbo mounted to frame, broken welds?

Anyone have any experience with mounting the turbo to the frame and breaking/cracking welds on your piping due to engine torque rotation?

Should I even worry about it? How necessary are flex couplings?

Default

If your engine can move at all you need flex joints or just brace it off the engine
