Default med boost lq4 vs high boost LM7

i previously ran an 01 5.3L with 243 heads and a blower cam and sitting at about 9:1 CR running 16psi 10deg timing, i ended up learning the hard way earlier this summer that my fuel system was not up to the task of this and im looking at getting car back together this winter.

was going to see what yall saw as pros vs cons of these two set ups, unfortunately nothing long block wise made it in the last engine so ill be starting from scratch again.

5.3L 243/799 heads, blower cam, ls9 head gaskets 16psi, 3 bar tune upgrade MP76mm turbo ls1 intake manifold. my thoughts where id be right where i was which i was happy with, when boost came in around 3200rpms it came in very hard, spinning in 3rd at 90 ish mph when it came in, wasnt horrible out of boost

LQ4 with 317 heads, ls9 gaskets 12-14psi because of 9.5:1 CR instead of the 5.3L 9:1 cr, current tune 2 bar tune MP76mm turbo. thoughts on this is id have more low end and close to the same top end power i did, was curious to if the cubes of the 6.0L would make up for the 2-4psi id lose?
