Default Ls1 intake n tb or stock truck intake n tb?

For my 5.3 turbo what should i use?? Ls1 looks better i think but what flows better

Also leave stock timing set(43k) orig miles or go double billet roller?

ive seen a few pics of guys using the stock truck intakes and smoothing them out, getting rid of the the mounts and all that stuff on the top and they look pretty good

friends and i have done over 700 on the truck intake, so if that is in your goal, no reason to swap.

i also use and re-use 50-300k mile timing chains without issue.
