Default Huron Speed V.2 Results and review!!!

I started talking with Jon and Casey back in October, I told them I wanted a top of the line kit and I wanted it to utilize the v banded truck manifolds they carry and I wasnt into the whole top mounted alternator thing either lol. I didnt just want performance I wanted it to be very clean looking as well.

They gave me a great deal on basically a custom kit at the time which has now been revealed as the v2 kit. As they gave me updates of the progress it was nailing EVERY thing I wanted from a turbo kit without sacrificing anything I wasnt willing to do.

Early march the kit arrived

I work at Cordes Performance Racing in Mesa AZ and we stay quite busy so finding time to work on my car can be hard but I slowly made progress. I hit very few snags during install nothing major at all. The brake lines on the driver side had to be slightly moved to not rest on the hotside piping.

This kit is absolutely beautiful and definitely meets my standards! lol

I could go on forever about the full build but I will give you guys what matters most here.
Ls2 stock bottom besides rod bolts
317 heads with stainless valves
ls6 intake
custom cam
Precision 7675 turbo non billet
th400
12 bolt

Car made whp on ~lbs and my fic1000's ran out. Waiting for the dyno graph to be emailed to me but here is a video.

I am more than happy with this kit and my entire experience with huron speed. Jon replied to my emails almsot instantly most times even on saturday nights around midnight lol. Everybody who pre ordered, good move! Anybody looking to get a turbo kit this is the one to get without a doubt in my mind.

eye candy(hood paint coming shortly lol)

P.S. This car performs as well! see the street racing/kill section for some videos of my first night out with it.

Mind = Blown

What WG/BOV did you go with? Aluminum block I take it? Are you planning on adding meth?

So many questions. Subscribed.

Pre-Ordered my kit with Jon. Cannot wait.

What type of fuel and fuel pressure? Very surprised to see FIC1000s run out that fast unless you are on E85...

We will be releasing our T6 kit with stock alternator location here very shortly. Will require A/C removal however for the larger T6 and associated piping.

We will also be releasing the newer V2 T4 A/C kit this fall we are hoping which will also retain OEM alternator location

Hmm, interesting. I might have to hold off an extra couple of weeks and see what yours looks like. I was just getting ready to start ordering parts to fab my own T6 kit and A/W cold side.
