Default S480 billet wheel wastegate?

Ok so for this turbo which is twin scroll..

Do i do one big wastegate or two small?

You can do it either way honestly. IMO It all comes down to if to have the room and how efficient the place you put it is. If you run two indavidual pipes to the flange it will work better probably if you run one each pipe. If you merge the 2 pipes into one pipe b4 the flange it may be easier to run one bigger wastegate. Kinda personal preference but will perform good both ways

What size motor? Keeping it twin scroll will help spool some but you have the cost of two gates, if you change springs no you're changing two... Small downsides but I've never seen back to back comparisons on a v8 to see what its worth. I saw one that compared a spool valve to twin scroll on a 4cyl and twin scroll was better but those pulses are timed better. It's not like our v8's fire left bank then right bank.

I have a twin scroll setup with a single Precision 66 gate.

Just made a merge off of both up pipes to the wg.

I would keep it twin scroll with 2 gates.

where did you find a T6 flange with the mounting tab on it? Or did you just weld that on?

My s480 is divided feed, one pipe from each bank. I have two Turbonetics Evolution gates on mine.
