Fairmont 5 - 6-28-15 SOLD 1982 fairmont 4 door as usual.
i have a gen4 gutted 5.3 with 862 heads,
and ly6 guts laying around for my 6.0 block also, and 317 heads etc
i believe i might go semi retard, as i already have, i had a friend cage the car already right when i picked it up, so it would have a tiny bit of safety this time haha
kicking around doing twin 76s or single Borg setup, i would love to see 800-1000 and dip low 9s or 8s with this one
i have a th400 and microsquirt laying around also, so thats most likely going in this guy also
showing the car, and we dyno'd the stock inline 6 motor for fun

Why scrap a nice Fairmont 4.0 and not offer it to an LS1Tech member or Sloppy Mechanics Facebook page member... and then buy a Fairmont 5.0?

Matt, before you scrap the original motor, have you thought about slapping turbo onto it to see how high you can get it? (through the carb)
Original rwhp was like 75, right? Can you get it to 150 rwhp?

damn, how hard you got that 4l80e to leave on the sloppytransbrake i cant imagine you'd run a 400, but i guess of you got the megasquirt just chillin
