Default Air Water IC- Water core leaking. Sealant??

I have a lot of work in my air water intercoolers. Did a leak test today before they are to be completely polished and one of them is leaking from the water core. Im not going to cut them apart and end up with a pile of scrap. I cant afford to send them out to anyone.
Has anyone successfully used a radiator or AC condenser sealant?
If so, what?
If so, How?
If so, any long term issues at all?

Is the water leaking to the outside of the intercooler or into the boost section?

I sealed both ends of the air ports so I could pressure test. I have an air fitting on one and a PSI gauge on the other. Under pressure, a small amount of air was coming out of the water I/O ports.

I then plugged one of the water ports and put an air fitting on the other. When pressurized, the gauge on the air port slowly reads pressure.

Definitely leaking inside somewhere.

Can you not sent them back to were you got them from? Sounds like a manufacturing issue to me.

Ebay, 3 or 4 years ago. I welded custom mounts so return is not an option.

I think so too. The time involved in fixing these would cost multiple of what a couple new units will be. Scrap!
