Default Help Planning My First LS/LQ9 (twin turbo)

Hey Guys,
I sold my old LT1 at the beginning of the summer and of course I'm regretting now. But I decided I wanted to go for an LS build this go around. Been looking for a couple weeks but can't find a build to mimic. This will be my first LS build so yes I'm stupid and need help. Goal is a 900 rwhp street car with occasional visits to the track.
I want to do a twin turbo LQ4/LQ9 but have a few questions.
1. I saw Texas Speed Shop sells assembled blocks would it be better and/or cheaper to pick one of those up or to look for a complete engine from the junkyard?
2. Gen 3 or Gen 4 Block? (because TSP offers both)
3. 24 or 58 tooth reluctor wheel?
4. 408, 370, or 364?
5. 317 heads or ___?
6. Intake & TB combo
7. Twin Turbo size recommendation
All input is greatly appreciated! Thanks

save yourself the money and get a pull out from the bone yard. these things can handle plenty of power with stock parts...

1. really depends on budget...clearly junkyard will be cheaper, maybe not best all rounder for street ?

2. Gen4 is probably better.

3. You'll need to choose crank/cam trigger to suit whatever ecu you intend to use. But by design 24x crank trigger is ****.

4. Purely personal preference. If you want more low rpm torque, go for the bigger motor

5. Stock will be fine, really dont need to spend money there unless it's for looks or personal preference.

6. Something in the high 50mm range would probably do. AGP's offerings for the 2010 Camaro kit seem fairly good value and with high ratings for their size.
