Adding vent tube extensions running to the front of bonnet will really help it build boost on line. It allows you to run much smaller jets. It's been a while since I had built a blow thru but if I remember correctly I was able to drop jet size by almost 10 numbers. Search for Brent on turbo mustangs he will be one of your best resources. But they do work and work well. Back in 2000 I was making 1200 rwhp with a sbf and blow thru and drove it Dailey

Do you have the tubes running to the front of the bonnet and did you flare them open a little ?? I was running over 30 lbs of boost with a self modded 750 carb and much less jets than that

What did you drill your PVCR's out too. Do you have a power valve in the rear block as well?
I ran 68/88 jets with my old 302 combo but I can't remember the PVCR size off the top of my head. I was only running a power valve in the front. Car ran really well I just got sick of smelling like fuel all the time.
I would just leave the jets where they are for now. Your going to have to figure out what the car wants. Not much point in changing them now when your going to have to pull them again after you start tuning it.
