For those boost levels, it sounds like way too much injector an pump. How much power are you making now? If your not planning on turning it up you could get by with an 044 bosh pump added inline to what you have now and running 70-75 base pressure.

Aftermarket tanks are made for inline pumps. You could make a hangar for 2 intank pumps and drop them down in the sump area, but it’s not ideal. I’d look into inline pumps. One 4303 magnafuel pump is what I use with 160’s and E90. I run 25lbs through a 5.3 and see around 70% DC at 42ish base pressure. JY motor with a tiny cam so it’s not making huge power, never dyno’d it. The 4303 seems fine with lots of street duty and ½ supply and return. I’ve run the same pump on 2 cars for about 3 years now. ( bought it used too) Only complaint is it’s loud. If I were to do my fuel system over again, I’d run a smaller quiet pump with a check valve. (044/walbro etc) Then have the big pump kick on in boost. I’m not a fan of aeromotive pumps… but to keep your system neat and symmetrical, why not just buy another aeromotive pump and have it kick on in boost?

160’s are still overkill for 16-18 and that turbo IMO. I’m running a billet S476 at 25lbs on E90 (42ish base pressure) and only see 70% DC. I’ve got a decent set of racetronix inj’s, but they still don’t like to idle at low pulse widths. If you don’t need 160’s I’d look at 120lb injs. They usually idle much nicer. I planned to run E98 so I went bigger on the injectors than I needed.

Holley hp efi, holley 120lb inj. Magnafuel 4303, E85, 723whp on 17lbs through a th400/9in, currently running 19-20lbs, idles great as well. Duty cycle is under %80 at 48psi base.

yes we are going to turn up the boost levels, just trying to figure out everything before I drive head first into it and run out of money and be stuck. Im still very new to this, just trying to research before switching over. I would rather over kill it the first time then have to redo it again. we were thinking of a belt driving, be afraid of mud getting into the belt and knocking it off

we never dyno my motor and cant really dyno the truck bc its 4x4 all the time and a mud truck, noise does not bug me, everything is mounted in the bed of the truck
