Default What Radiator are you running

I just got a D1 FMIC done on my 99' firebird and it's been getting warm it was a A4 now it's a M6. So what i'm getting at is I live in Texas will a LT1 Radiator be enough or what should I go with. I have done some research and looking threw the site and never really got good information. Any information will be appreciated thanks in advance !

I was pretty much in the same situation as you. I have an 02 Trans Am with a D1sc on the 390 iron block. It would get hot when doing laps on the track a few years back. I chose to retain the AC and have my transmission cooler mounted in front of the AC condenser, then my FMIC for the procharger. I have recently picked up an all aluminum radiator from a member on here. There is no name on it but looks just like the ones on EBay. It is a lot thicker than the LT1 radiator and for what I found was a great deal. Installed without a problem and chose to do away with the radiator mounted trans cooler. So far not issues cooling.
