Default main/rod bearing clearance help

Building a stock 5.3 lm7 for boost (8-14lbs) and was needing some advice on what the main/rod bearing should be set at?? Researching didn't do much good.
Thinking of doing the first ring @25 and the second ring @28
What ya'll think?
