Default first turbo car, should of got one a long time ago

i bought a camaro. 370 lq9 forged bottomend. ported 317heads and intake. pt88 mm turbo. 400 with trans brake and two step, 9 inch rearend. i'm only on ten lbs of boost now. pump gas. i am going to e85 and 15 lbs boost. what kinda power do you think it can make. i have two 340 pump and 160 lb injectors. thanks for any advive you can give me.

id go run it on pumpgas and 10# boost and see what it runs should run mid ten or better like that. what is the parts run down like cam,compression,converter,gearing, and weight. ?

The twin pumps are only good for about 725whp safely on E85. Feel free to give us a call can help you with your goals.

sounds like a nice car. i whould think it should run low 10s on 10# boost without issue. and seeing how you just bought it id start there and just make sure the car is sound and working at that power level then turn it up from there. but thats me and im kind of conservative.

im not really to turn it up past 15. the old owned had slips that were in the mid 9 on ten lbs with meth injection. i live in indiana and e85 cheap race gas..

wow two 340 are only good to 725 wheel, my nitrous car was making just under 600 with a single 255pump with hot wire kit. it was on e85 also.

I was told by a very known vendor on here that my twin 255's with a -8 line and 127 injectors with a base pressue of 43 psi would get to 800 hp. That is with a 6.0, PT76 and a glide. So I am going to see.

Nice buy.
I would do what Yenkomike suggested. Drive a bit and make sure it is sound.
Also, the PT turbos have been an issue recently and with it having been rebuilt may wave a flag. Some may disagree but i would keep a close eye on it.
Just my opinion.
Hope it works for you. Gotta alot of good parts on that car.

what going on with the turbo. do i need to just check the impeller for shaft play often

They have just been failing. There is a thread on here about and PT88 failing.
