Post need help which turbo for project c10 opinions welcome

Like title says need help on turbo info I'm working on my 69 c10 going to put a 370 with holley hi ram intake 102mm, comp roller rockers, p@p 243 heads, morel lifters, etc. Trans is going to be a built 400 w/trans brake, stall etc. As for the rear end Iit will be the stock 12 bolt with a good posi and narrowed about 4in. each side w/moser axles and moser Gridle cover etc. What recommendations would you give me that would help already have the up and forward headers and a new 50mm tial bov just need the wastegate, turbo, intercooler. Plans are to build a reliable truck that I can drive to the car shows and track on the street it will be on some 20x12 racelines in the rear w 4"b.s and 15x12 bogarts at the track

Was looking at this turbo would this be good enough for my build kind of new to the turbo scene and have seen alot of good builds on here so figured I would ask these are the specs I believe the one I'm looking at is a 1.00ar any help is appreciated

That turbo with the bigger turbine (96mm) would be my vote. The small turbine will run of of steam pretty early.

Would like to be in the 700rwhp range truck will be street driven also so I'm guessing the T4 should spool up pretty quick

A 475 will give you a little head room with your 700whp goal, and spool nicely. T-4 1.00 with the 83mm turbine wheel would be a nice fit.

Looks like you've got a lot of nice parts for a N/A build, which certainly won't hurt anything in a turbo application but are just a bit overkill.

I recently got my turbo 5.3 C10 on the road and am having a blast with it at only 10lbs of boost. I too went with the Holley EFI, mainly since it had nearly every feature I needed or could anticipate and was at a fair price IMO. 4L80E control, DBW, boost control, etc. You'll love it and enjoy the ease of tuning....I know I do after messing with HpTuners for a couple of years.

Anyway, the biggest surprise cost to me was the fuel system. Since I'm running E85 exclusively, I ended up with over $1500 in plumbing, pump, injectors, regulator, etc. Turns out the turbo and the engine/trans were the cheap parts of the build!

Thanks and yeah I can imagine that's gonna be expensive the only thing I have for the fuel system is a 20 gallon fuel cell my plan was to run the holley dominator fuel pump with braided hose all the way to the front just need to figure out wat sizes so I can start ordering fittings for both lines

-10 or -8 would be good for 1000+ even with e85.
