Default What turbo should I buy??

I'm looking to talk to someone about what turbo I should purchase. Is someone on here willing to help me out? I put a 2002 5.3 in my s10 it has the ls6 intake, 60 lb injectors, and a walbro 225 fuel pump with Aeromotive boost regulator and I put arp head bolts and cometic head gaskets I was thinking about a 76mm turbo it's going to be mainly a street truck. What would y'all think is best? Tia

If your in a budget you could go with the On3 78/75 or there 76/65.

There are many people that have seen good results with the On3 stuff, but there's no doubt that precision would be better. Enough the justify the extra expense? Well that up to you. The BW S400 series turbos are very popular too and make great power, if you can fit them.

Turbonetics is a good midgrade turbo.

We have plenty of customers running the 5.3l engines and excellent results from standard T4 turbos such a Turbonetics TC-series and the larger 75mm turbine wheel stuff. What are you power goals for the truck? I would be happy to help you out and get you set up in something that will do what you are looking for. We are direct with Precision, Turbonetics, Comp, Bullseye, Forced Inductions, and many others to be able to offer you nearly anything on the market to best suit your needs for the absolute best pricing!

I would run a TC78 from Turbonetics or if wanting to run a Precision something like their 76-68. Will spool very quickly for your street application on the 5.3l and have no issues making 600hp leaving you a little room to grow as well!

Batmo366 or 368, 80mm TW, .88 A/R T-4. The 68 could reach up to the 750whp area, and the 1.0 V-Band housing will take it a bit further yet. With that small of a power goal, no reason to go with a big 400 frame turbo. Hell, a cast s366 would get you to 600whp no problem at all.

Huron Speed will hook it up.
