i would like to see if this turbo can hit 600wheel i think it can relatively easily with the larger motor and appropriate cam.
the china 80mm is a 77 turbine and i can do mid 600s with 5.3 and 6.0
would be cool to see this turbo hit those power levels or more, not enough experience to say

Denmah just for reference the VS racing and on3 7875 are identical in wheel sizes and construction. The VS racing just doesn't say anything on it. You have a good working relationship with VS racing it appears, I'm sure he could verify that for you as well.
I also wouldn't be surprised if the trans/unlocked converter are eating up 25-30% over what a 6 speed would show on the dyno. It's just a number and a tuning tool people fail to realize that all too often. When that car goes 140+ making 540whp then people will get it.

If you have some pictures please post them up.
For reference, this is a photo of the turbine in the VSRacing 7875 that is on the car in this thread:
And this is an On3 7875:

I think a more fair comparison would be the VS 7675 against the on3 7875 no? Still haven't seen much done wit the 7875 besides what Denmah did and the other gentleman on this thread.

VS and on3 both sell the 7875. Also VS posted the wheel sizes in a thread and they are identical to that of the ones posted for the on3 7875. Compressor housings are identical, they both even use a black anodized backing plate as you see in the photo above. I would have a hard time believing that they are not coming from the same place and should make the same power. Would like to see someone test them both back to back just to confirm that theory though.

Ah gotcha....thanks for the clarification. I have a on3 unit at my uncles place but have had 0 time to work on my project this fall. Plus it looks like it will need to stay NA for a few months till I officially move out of state and settle in. Impatiently waiting for more data from these turbos

We need some conclusive data, please! I too have the On3 7875 and an eBay GT45. I was debating which to put on my combo: iron 370ci with L92's and an 80e. This is my first turbo build some I'm all up for suggestions and advice. I'm basically learning from experience, be it mine or yours. I still have to break the motor in before I mount whichever turbo, and winter is fast approaching here in the Mitten. I'm tuned in. Thanks in advance!

So what would you suggest? I also have a GT45. I ordered it first, but when the 7875 came out I just ordered it immediately hoping that it would produce some big numbers. If I had waited, I could have got an S475 for the price of these two turbos.
