Default Who is running a locked converter in their turbo LS?

Looking for proven results of guys locking converters at the track. Anyone have back to back tests and how long have you been doing it?

Spragless, sprag, mech diode, chime in on that too.

Dont have any track times for you but i have a dyno number, since my 4l80e is a full manual i have the lock on a switch and to do it right id have to run a new tune. Wish i would of went with a auto controller instead but slapping the gears has its fun. Anyway 16psi locked 902whp unlocked 19psi 825whp... I know not track but just throwing it out there.. Ill be waiting for track times like you see what people say.

I have locked the converter on my truck a few times back to back @115~120 mph. It's worth a tenth and 1.5 mph. Prob be worth more locking sooner.

Depending on how efficient the converter is I have seen 10-100+rwhp gains and 0-5mph through the traps.
