68 c10 swb with 2004 5.3 BTR springs and 218/220 560 110 cam. Twin 70/68 on 3 turbos intercooled.factory silverado intake and return style fuel system. 3/8 feed,5/16 return, silverado filter.Wanting to know which in tank fuel pump alone might support 800 HP on gas and should I need to remove the factory regulator. If so, what pump, regulator combo. Also what size/ brand injectors.

The walbro 400 series is your best bet for affordable in-tank pumps for that power goal.

I would replace the regulator.

dont go single pump... build for over 1k whp so you dont gotta **** with it.. go dual walbro 450's and call it a day..and 8feed 6return is fine.. 3/8 on the rails is also fine but id get a better rail.. why skimp on that when theyre not to expensive

We are doing a 66 c10 shop truck will be doing a ProTouring style tank like our Fbody GTO Mustang tanks. Dropped between frame rails with Magnafuel internal pump. Feel free to give me a call can help you spec a system for your needs.

With a large enough feed/return and a capable regulator you can wire them to both run all of the time. But if you have 1800 HP worth of pumps and a regulator with a single -6 return line, you might overwork the regulator if you aren't wide open.

So you need to run the second pump to a hobbs switch to come on as you go into boost. It'll likely extend pump life and regulator life.

A controller is usually for massive pumps, like guys running big methanol pumps that need a way to turn them down so its not pushing so much fuel when it isn't running wide open.

I understand. is there a preferred fuel rail brand that has big enough runners. Also are there fuel pressure regulators that will bolt directly to the back of the inlet rail?
