Ringgap question on a JY 6.0
Took my JY 6.0 apart to regap the rings, key crank, etc. When I checked the rings, the passenger side was all .024 and .028, first and second. The driver side was all .024-.028 and .032-.034, first and second. This is going to be a ysi boosted motor, but for now will be N/A. Are those ring gaps too much of should I just put them back in and let it eat?

How many miles it had on it?

You might have some blow-by, but you won't have to worry about your ring ends butting together and trashing your motor.
Beat the hell out of it. It'll beg for more.

Heavy dose of water injection cleans up the motor pretty quickly. My pump gas 190k 3.8 Looked like this when I tore it down... KS 91 octane fuel and 24lbs of boost with water/meth. I was impressed! Wish I would have gotten a pic of the ring lands, they looked 10x better than anything I've ever pulled from an LS motor. Not sure what the graphite like material is...
Pic was taken immediately after I pulled head, zero clean up was done on either picture.
