Not much longer now!

Dont have much more to go...to do list:

1. complete vacuum/boost lines on wg(s)

2. finish wrapping heat shield on electrically things

3. bring both turbos back down and assemble with stainless 1 time use gaskets and oil feed lines etc..

4. relocate oil cooler

5. finish PCM swap and wiring of everything

6. put front bumper back on

7. tq rockers, fill engine with fuilds, turn over, set to 0 lash, tighten everything down for final time.

8. start!

No gaskets are needed between, manifold to connection pipe to turbo to dowmpipe. Fyi. Maybe a little copper coat spray if you want to waste money.

It's not like it's hard to take everything apart when they do fail.

I have had trouble with them at the turbo flange. I one that leaked on my T6 setup and now just apply a light coat of the copper permetex to the surfaces.

Haven't got as much done as i've wanted to regardless still progress. I went ahead and got most of the WG vacuum/Boost/C02 lines made and done. I went with Stainless braided Teflon hose because of the area my wastegates are in and proximity to heat and close quarters. those nylon lines i see a lot of people using would not last but minutes in this particular scenario. As you can see in the pics everything clears perfectly, a trans tunnel plate sits right above everything and the lines will be secured to it. Also not pictured are the lines with PTP fire hose on them, but they will be on for final assembly just for an extra layer of security.

I pull boost reference from between TB and Turbos for an accurate reading.

Ok some more updates….

Had to get a last minute order of some fittings and get the electrical piece going too!

Fore Vacuum Manifold prepped and ready! The 2 -4an hose ends you see will be providing reference to my BOV and FPR. The other thing you see is my Hobbs switch.

My little budget rear steam vent ports.. cheap easy effective.

I like to keep my electrical stuff neat and easy to get to so im centralizing the fuses to all my relays.

Took all hotside down after mock up and installed all the nice PTP Heat management goodies. This will help keep my feet cool on long drives

Made some quick brackets and relocated the oil cooler

Dropped hotside back in and everything fits like a glove and protected from heat! You can see the PTFE hoses being used for wastegate lines covered by PTP Fire Sleeves!

ARP Studs and MLS Header gaskets tightened down and ready to go!

Instead of having relays everywhichwhere I decided to just make a quick bracket and mount them all on for ease of access and clarity in routing. I use a total of 7 relays (Electric water pump, Trans fan, trans brake, PCM Swap, Remote oil pump, onboard air system, and Alky control system.

Everything is soldered then heat shrinked!

Finished running my ¾” line from the GZ Motorsports Vacuum pump to dispel any vapor/gasses at the rear of the car. I have done this on several other builds I have done and it works wonderfully! If you look close you can see the hose wrapped in ptp Velcro shielding and then exiting by the dry sump system, also viewable is the -10an fitting welded on the dry sump where the oil pump will return the oil from the turbos.

Here you can see the dry sump lines are now on and attached and the one closes to the hotside also wrapped in ptp Velcro shielding! Also visible is the oil return system and the -4an vent line that will be routed up to the valve cover.

Interior now coming back together. Viaair Onboard system installed and ready to go!

Here you can see where I mounted the mini compressor an Fore FC3 fuel pump controller.

Visible is the rear steam port delio I do, comes out the back and then T’s into the front system.

Drilled and tapped valley cover oil pressure sensor area for twin feeds to the turbos

Almost started her last night when I realized the plugs for the injectors still needed to be swapped! 
