Truck Intake Question
There's a blow off valve on the rear of this intake what needs to be done here? Leave it or block it off when running a turbo? Thanks

I don't think this is a blow-off valve you're seeing...
This is a pushlok fitting with a plug in it. This is normally used to connect the brake booster line to intake vacuum. If your engine came from a hydroboost application, there will be a plug, as opposed to a hose/line.
To answer your question, for a turbo, feel free to leave this plug in, if it is a plug to start with.
Personally, I used this fitting as a reference for my boost gauge and my fuel pressure regulator.

I have done many swaps. Engines pulled from a truck with hydro-Booster had a plastic plug on the rear of the intake. Trucks with vacuum booster have a normal hose with a push-lock fitting.
For both types the intake is exactly the same, if you are using a vacuum brake booster you can remove the plastic plug and install a vacuum hose from another truck, it fits without trouble.
If you have manual brakes or hydrobooster leave the plug as is, I have seen it hold 7 psi of boost.
