we made over 1100 on a smaller engine with the same blower but were limited on overdrive, so I would think maybe 1300+

Killer build!

Sub'd for the numbers..

And good luck with the RHS block.. Hopefully it doesn't **** coolant out the side like the other 90% of them have..

Go buy some aluminum welding rod and get ready.

Looks good
Still trying to finish up the 3.4 whipple 383 here
Compression on ours is pretty low like 9:1, hoping its pump gas friendly, so I doubt it puts up numbers like yours does
Blower is spinning right around 17k on this setup, stuffed into a c5z

I put alum rods in every engine I can. That absorb a lot of the shock that would be transferred to the crank with a steel rod. This engine will see at least 8500 rpm

I've used no less than 50 rhs blocks and haven't had an issue with any of them. where are these blocks leaking from?

as much as we can get! honestly we should be around 1300hp or so. We've made 1150 with the same blower with a Super Stock legal 327 LSX

What's the reasoning behind the belt drive? Same as the Al rods? Reduced vibrations and things?
Edit: Cam/timing belt

Looks very good!
