Default Radiator expansion tank

Need some help with setting up my expansion tank my set up is meziere electric race pump with a dual pass radiator with -16an lines. I'm running the steam vents to a block with -4an and out of the block to the expansion tank with a -6an line. What size line to I need from the tank to the radiator and where does it need to go in the radiator?

line size isnt really that important. Anything over a 1/4" should be fine. I have -6 running from mine just an FYI. Do you have a provision in the radiator anywhere to accept the line? If not, drill and tap the top of your water pump and introduce it there.

No spot on the radiator. I was just going to weld a an bung on the radiator and I really don't want to mess with the pump since it's a meziere electric race pump. Also the radiator does not have a fill cap since I'm running a expansion tank and over flow

My expansion tank goes to the radiator just below the fitting for the top hose with a -10.
