Default Blending and polishing tops of pistons for boost?

I was reading a thread that said people are having issues with the Wiseco pistons getting hot and breaking near the valve reliefs under boost. There is a sharp edge that comes to a point near the outside edge of the relief. Should I blend this in with a dremel and polish it to prevent hot spots? If so I will do this before balancing so any variances can be taken into consideration.
