According to the internets the Precision turbo will make more power. The turbos are priced almost the same (Huronspeed).

I had to make this exact choice for my twin turbo upgrade this winter. I ended up with TC 75/75 ball bearing billet wheel turbos.

Turbonetics has a 1yr hassle free warranty, precision has a limited warranty.

I think the main reason I went with turbonetics is because I previously had turbonetics turbos and the new turbo i bought are almost a direct swap.

If you are starting from scratch I would look into borgs if you can package them.

There was a thread on Yellowbullet as well comparing TC vs. PT units.

^^^^ I agree. Also the TC turbo should spool up slightly faster which is important. But also depending on what hp level you want to be at, I would consider the Precision being the max effort one. I also know that Turbonetics has a good customer service while I have heard that Precision can be a pain in the *** to work with, especially if you have a warranty claim........ I would go TC7875 IMO

Ls2Formula had TC78's but I believe they had a 68 backside. Switched to PT7675 cast wheel/journal bearing and they make more power for sure.

im dynoing a 78/75 at 8 am....but its not my car. im glad he chose the turbonetics product because i wouldnt wear a precision pull over if it was snowing outsise and it was free. i still have a 1200$ paper weight thanks to them after 15 years. i wouldnt care if it was double the power, if it fails no matter what i dont need it.

Not to take anything away from the TC unit, but I loved having my precision 7675. I would gladly use it again.

Yea the 68mm turbine wheel isnt enough for the compressor wheel. Turbonetics shouldn't even offer a turbo in that configuration.
