MP 112 broken intake ports

MP 112 broken intake ports Had to pull blower to pull a head cuz dropped spring retainer down on lifters. (Was replacing springs) when pulled blower noticed chunks of gaskets left behind upon further inspection found 5 of 8 ports were broken off where gaskets seal. Any idea what would cause this. Running 10lbs and meth on a ls1.
